What would you want as the prize for the team/club winning the European UltiLeague showcase?

Swag and trophies sounds good and all, but i especially like the idea of supporting youth programs! I mean, the goal should be to motivate as many new people as possible ;)
‘Starting votes’ for the next season. For example the Spirit and 1st prize winner get a foundation to build from for the next season. It doesn’t mean they're in, they just have a head start.
A percentage of the total membership revenue raised will be prize money to your team's youth programs, and another percentage for the spirit winners.
